Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is expected to sell up to seven Red Devils players in January, according to reports.
The seven players are Anthony Martial, Donny van de Beek, Jesse Lingard, Phil Jones, Eric Bailly, Alex Telles, and Diogo Dalot, according to the Sun UK.
Man United are already planning for the January transfer window after adding Jadon Sancho, Raphael Varane, and Cristiano Ronaldo to Solskjaer’s team over the summer.
According to the article, Solskjaer is hoping to downsize his squad and recruit new players by unloading some of the team’s less essential players, such as Martial and Van de Beek.
After joining United for £40 million from Ajax in 2020, Martial has dropped down the pecking order, while Van de Beek has had a horrible time at Old Trafford.

Meanwhile, after spending the second half of last season on loan at West Ham United, Lingard was extensively linked with a move away from Manchester United this summer.
Because of their injury problems, Bailly and Jones haven’t played much for United in the last two years.
