Editorial: Zamfara Killings

With this hardship situation we are, some disheartened news of killings have been coming out from Zamfara state.

Citizens are been killed in due time most especially in local village’s were they are struggling to develop.

The bandit usually take their action without any sympathy. They slaughtered, they shot and even burnt the citizens alive.

This is actually doleful and sorrowful to the victim’s family and the Nigeria at large.

So Many coverage have shown how the victim’s families react. Undoubtedly, they are voiceless and hopeless and they don’t know how to regulate or bring an end to this violence.

Some of them even said that” The government has sold them since they cannot protect them.” They witness the violence.

It’s perilous situation as only those who were lucky can escape.

Furthermore, due to this menace act, there are so many husband whom their wife’s are been kidnapped and killed, some mother’s are now widows while Some children are transformed in to orphans as the menace continues.

It is true that the government can not protect it’s citizens life? Everyday those bandit are proving to continue attacking and the government knows them and even where they branch.

Those released abducted victims have been calling the attention of the government on how they can easily end the bandit.

Because they have stayed with them for sometime and they can portray their weakness and that will be a clue for our soldiers.

We are waiting as the government always says that, it will definitely resolve the issue and restore peace in the country.

So, let see the action and clear response from the government. Let see how they worth it citizens life. And don’t forget, you will be accounted for each lost life.

My dear people of Zamfara state, we are with you in this hardship life. Your lives is so much important to us. Our prayer’s are always with you and our country at large. And please accept our condolence prayer.

May Almighty God bring an End to this hardship and terrorism life we are. Amen.
