Actively seeks ways to improve the development and administration of the site EH&S program using established safety systems – safety meetings, tool box talks, safety audits, IRS and follow up on all safety concerns.
Education and Experience:
Engineering Degree (4yr), or equivalent work experience and an Associate’s Degree (including technical training in industrial electricity and prior supervisory experience). Direct work experience maintaining industrial equipment, conveyors & packaging machines & equipment, piping, hydraulic systems, and other miscellaneous equipment. Knowledge of welding procedures & fabrication techniques is a plus.
Will be required to interface with a maintenance management software system. Competence in Excel and Word. Ability to learn new software programs. CAD would be a plus.
