At the moment, President Bola Tinubu is in a meeting with Prof. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the Director-General of the World Trade Organization, in Abuja.
Around 2:50 p.m., Professor Okonjo-Iweala arrived at the Presidential Villa.
Dr. Ali Pate, who served as Minister of State for Health in the government of Goodluck Jonathan, accompanied her.
At the leadership summit in June in Paris, France, where both Prof. Okonjo-Iweala and Tinubu were in attendance, they last saw each other.
In Jonathan’s cabinet, she held the positions of both Finance Minister and Coordinating Minister for the Economy.
