Pep Guardiola believes Manchester City player Kevin de Bruyne “will be out for a while” after suffering a hamstring injury against Burnley.
De Bruyne hobbled off after 23 minutes in City’s opening game of the season on Friday, which they won 3-0.
In June, he played 36 minutes in the Champions League final victory over Inter Milan.
“He was injured again, unfortunately,” Guardiola said on BBC Match of the Day.
“It is the same place and position as the Champions League [final], and he will be out for a while.”
