Ousmane Dembele, a French forward, was purchased by Paris St. Germain from Barcelona for £43.5m (50.4m euros).
Dembele, who is now 26, scored 40 goals in 185 games for Barcelona after signing with the club from Borussia Dortmund for £135 million in 2017.
The 2018 World Cup hero has agreed to a five-year deal with the French league’s best team.
“I am very excited to join Paris St. Germain and I can’t wait to play in my new colors,” said Dembele.
To quote one of the players: “I hope I can continue to grow here and make all of the club’s fans proud.”
Dembele, who has already won the Copa del Rey twice, re-upped with Barcelona for another two years last year.
