Foot Mercato reports that negotiations are underway between Paris Saint-Germain and attacker Kylian Mbappe.
The 24-year-old’s promotion to the first team comes after being reinstated by the Ligue 1 champions.
After it became clear that Mbappe would not sign a contract extension with PSG, the club demoted him to the reserve squad.
Club president Nasser Al Khelaifi allegedly told the team on Sunday that “Kylian is invested in the club” and is now at manager Luis Enrique’s disposal.
Mbappe has started contract extension talks.
Mbappe would remain under contract with Les Parisiens until 2025, although the extension would only be for one year.
Exit terms might also be agreed upon informally by both parties. The prolific scorer would depart the French city in the upcoming summer, most likely for Real Madrid, and would pay a big transfer price to PSG.
